Can I use Titan with Outlook or Apple Mail?

Yes. Titan supports IMAP, POP and SMTP, so it works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and any standard mail client. We provide the exact server settings when your mailboxes are created.

How many aliases can I create?

You can create unlimited aliases on each mailbox, so addresses like info@, sales@ and billing@ can all deliver into one inbox without paying for extra seats.

Can I move to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 later?

Yes. If your needs grow we migrate your Titan mailboxes across, preserving mail, folders and contacts, then update your DNS records for you.

Is migration from my current host included?

Yes. We migrate existing IMAP mailboxes from cPanel, Zimbra or any other provider at no extra cost, and keep the old mailboxes live until the switchover completes.

What happens if I exceed my storage?

You will receive warnings as you approach the limit. You can either archive old mail or upgrade the mailbox to a higher tier at any time, billed pro-rata.
