Which email provider should I choose?

Choose Titan if you mainly need professional mailboxes at the lowest cost. Choose Google Workspace if your team collaborates in Docs and Sheets and lives in the browser. Choose Microsoft 365 if you rely on desktop Outlook, Excel and Teams.

Can I keep my existing email address?

Yes. As long as you control the domain, we move every mailbox across with the same addresses. Mail, folders, contacts and calendars are copied before we switch the MX records.

How long does migration take?

Most migrations complete within 24–48 hours depending on mailbox size. Old mailboxes stay live until DNS propagates, so there is no interruption to incoming mail.

Do I need to buy a domain first?

You need a domain to run branded email. If you don’t have one, register it through our domain registration service and we’ll connect it to your mailboxes automatically.

Can I mix providers across my team?

Yes. Many customers run Titan for general staff and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for power users on the same domain. We configure the routing for you.
